Don't throw away the rinds of your watermelon.

 As the weather gets warmer, the days get longer, and more and more grills pop up in the suburbs, the number of watermelons grows at an exponential rate. During the summer, colorful triangle-tipped watermelon slices are as common as the sun rising in the east and setting when the fireflies come out to play. It's always a shame to have to throw away the watermelon rinds, but there are a lot of tasty and healthy things you can do with them.
